Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Vitamins, supplements and other health-related products must be unused, unopened, sealed and returned in their original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted or change-of-mind returns. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply where permitted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
